Many people around me often asks -
Why I chooses the name wholesoma?

And it’s also often mistaken for being “wholesome” instead.

Well - My work is called a merge of wholesome; meaning holistic, integrated and all included in a healthy way

And SOMA, a word with many meanings

Due to biology soma means
“the parts of an organism other than the reproductive cells. In psychology soma see’s the body as distinct, not different or separated (!) from the soul, mind, or psyche”.

In Vedic tradition and Hinduism soma is talked as a drinking elixir made from the extract of a mysterious and sacred plant. As mentioned in The Rig Veda, this drink is believed to be a life-giving elixir that bestows immortality on those who consume it.. In other traditions it’s talked about ayahuasca or other Entheogens we can intake to get a deeper connection to our selves; God within and God outside, to enhance our senses and open up for energy, life or “mystical experiences”.

In yogic & tantric traditions soma is a life elixir also named Amrita, located at the minor chakra (energetic vortex) of our palette and behind our throat. In the body, Soma can also be found in the pineal gland and the neurotransmitter serotonin, and it is associated with feelings of bliss, content and nourishment.

In Ayurveda soma refers to lunar energy, otherwise known as cosmic plasma. It is the subtlest form of matter and makes up the essence of Ojas, an essential energy responsible for vitality, health & wellness, that were said to have 3 drops of during our manifest life to energize from.

Soma is connected to the water element, and has cooling, nurturing and nourishing qualities. It is thought to feed not only the cells and DNA of the body, but also the mind and consciousness. Soma is vital to the creation of Ojas, without which, it is not possible to maintain Prana (life force energy).

In Ayurveda, cooling foods, such as ghee, coconut or aloe vera, are used to increase Soma and accumulate Ojas. It is also recommended to consume an alkaline diet, have a balanced lifestyle and maintain a proper sleep routine in order to produce Soma.

Soul, Spirit, Enviroment

We are social beeings, in need of human connection to our selves so as to our surroundings.

The question is how to be a whole being in a scatterd world where we’re conditioned and surrounded by distractions.
No matter If you’re a singel person, a family, a team or an organisation. You as a unity and a unit are invited to be guided on your Journey of transformation, of Discovery.

Move. Breathe. Nourish. Rest. Repeat.

If you have a goal, I’ll help you make a plan to walk your path.

Your welcome as you are, no matter if you are a Slacker, CEO, Parent, Athlete, Beginner, Yogi, Student, Influencer, Mom-to-be, World rescuer, Leader.

To live fully is to fully be awake, aware, aligned and We find mindfulness through physical, mental, emotional and soul integration

How soma is mainly practiced today?

We can find the word “soma” in some upcoming physical practices as “soma move” and as the well spread “soma breath” -
a beautiful breathwork created from Niraj Naik, a friend of mine.

We are social beings, in need of human connection to our selves so as to our surroundings.

The question is how to be a whole being in a scattered world where we’re conditioned and surrounded by distractions.
No matter If you’re a singel person, a family, a team or an organisation. You as a unity and a unit are invited to be guided on your Journey of transformation, of Discovery

In our modern world we’ve been bypassing  a lot of what has not been able to show on screens or “prove” through modern science,

Meaning often ignoring aspects that are not due to, or seen in our soma (physical body). The eastern and southern traditions of supporting what is already working and not focus on something when the consequences is already there,

Is something I value.

With my work I hope to bridge the different traditions and cultures of how to approach well-being and altered states of consciousness.

Through accessing and targeting the physical, the social, the mental, the emotional, the spiritual being we are weaved from.

I wish to bring the existing science into marriage with the ancient practices and teachings from different traditions, that also now are gaining mor liability and recognition in our part of the world as well.
A more wholesome or holistic perspective!

For me, the importance of seeing, feeling and taking in a whole being with all their aspects, all factors that can affect one,

Weather it’s physical, mental, spiritual or emotional, all is energetically just taking different forms in- and around us.

My aim in its essence is to provide a refuge for people so they can trust, let go and invite them selves in…
Without judgement, resentment or expectations.

My vision is to hold space in such a way so each and one joining my classes, workshops, retreats or taking part of a session, sharing or co-creation can welcome all that you are!

Therefor WholeSoma,
Welcoming you with all that you are
